Mershon International Studies Review (1079-1760) changed to International Studies Review in 1999.
Mershon International Studies Review is the former title of International Studies Review, a journal that offers a window on current trends and research in international studies worldwide. The Review publishes analytical essays along with reviews of new books. In its own way, each and every article will synthesize scholarship, clarify debates, provide new perspectives on research, identify new directions for the field, or provide new insight into scholarship in various parts of the world. Led by an editorial team of political scientists, economists, sociologists, anthropologists and historians, the journal places a particular emphasis on an interdisciplinary focus for the study of international relations.
